'Lean Kitchen Solutions' communication was awesome during the 'Lino Ristorante' project. They made us feel extremely assured that they were there whenever we needed them.
 
Were you happy with the design?
The overall design was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional which is exactly what we needed our this open kitchen design.
 
How would you rate our work as compared to others you have worked with?
One of the Best.
 
Is the kitchen designed in an efficient fashion?
Absolutely, 'The Kitchen is beautiful with excellent flow, exactly what we need for our team of 3 to 4 chefs with our high output of a la carte dishes.' Chef Gerry Ferger.  Definitely, 'Even with 4 of us working together, there is plenty of room for us all to prep and cook comfortably during the 'Dinner Rush.' Executive Chef Marco Rossi.
 
Were we helpful in any other areas of the project like, project management, helping to select equipment?
Of course, Mike brought me up to date with the latest technology in kitchen hardware with competitive prices.
 
Did we act in a professional manner?
Yes.
 
Were we respectful of your ideas and opinions?
I had my own vision for the kitchen before we even put pen to paper. Mike supported this and helped it become a reality.
